How credits are used.

Each image, video and content plan spends credits. One credit is one US cent, and a job is only charged for what it actually renders.

Do I have to commit annually?

No. Yearly billing costs the equivalent of 10 months. Monthly billing is available at a 20% higher monthly rate, which suits a short pilot.

What counts as a manager?

Each Venom Manager owns a workflow: Brand, Social, Video or Analytics. Every plan includes all of them. Plans differ in posts, storage, team size and monthly credits.

Can I run more than one brand?

Each brand has its own workspace. Enterprise supports several brand workspaces under one organization.

Do you hold SOC 2 or HIPAA certifications?

Not today. If you have security or compliance requirements, contact us and we will tell you exactly what is and is not in place.
