Create a workspace, set up your brand, invite your team and understand roles.
Create your workspace
A workspace holds one brand: its settings, content, connected accounts, credits and team. You create it when you sign up.
- Go to Sign up and continue with Google, or enter your name, work email and a password. If you use email, confirm it from the message we send.
- Enter your brand name and a workspace URL. The URL name can use lowercase letters, numbers and dashes, from 2 to 40 characters. Some names are reserved, and if yours is taken you will be asked to try another.
- You land on the brand setup step. After that you can open the dashboard and the Venom Managers from the sidebar.
If you signed in with Google and have no workspace yet, you will be asked to create one the same way. People who already have a workspace can add another from the workspace switcher.
Self-serve signup can be switched off. If you cannot create an account, email hello@growvenom.ai and ask for access.
Set up your brand in Brand Manager
Everything GrowVenom writes or designs starts from your brand profile, so this is the step that matters most. During setup you choose one of two paths:
- Upload your documents. Add brand books, guidelines or product sheets (PDF, DOCX, TXT or Markdown, up to 50 MB each). GrowVenom reads them and fills in the profile. You can review everything it found.
- Build it by hand. If you have no documents, answer a short set of questions instead. You can add documents later.
You can also choose “Skip for now” and come back from Brand Manager at any time.
Brand Manager is split into tabs:

| Visual | Colors, fonts and visual direction for generated images. |
| Rules | Do and don't rules applied to generated content. |
| Channels | Connected Instagram and LinkedIn accounts. See Connect Instagram and LinkedIn. |
Only owners and admins can edit the brand. Everyone else sees it in read-only mode.
Invite your team
Owners and admins invite people from Settings, Members.
- Enter the person's email and pick a role.
- Optionally limit which Venom Managers that person can see. Leaving the selection empty gives full access. Owners are never limited.
- GrowVenom emails the invite. If the email cannot be sent, the page shows an invite link you can copy and send yourself.
An invite works for 14 days and only for the email address it was sent to. The person has to sign in or sign up with that address to accept. Sending a new invite to the same address replaces the old one, and you can revoke a pending invite at any time.
Roles
| Role | What it can do |

| Owner | Everything an admin can do, plus export the workspace, delete or archive it, and make other people owners. A workspace always keeps at least one owner. |
| Admin | Invite and manage members (but not make owners), edit the brand, connect channels, manage billing and use “Publish anyway” on a compliance block. Admins can also plan, approve and schedule content. |
| Member | Plan content, approve text and images, schedule posts and create videos. Members cannot edit the brand, manage people or billing, connect channels or override a compliance block. |
| Viewer | Read-only. Viewers can look at content, runs and analytics, but cannot create, edit or approve anything. |
Nobody can give someone a role higher than their own. Role changes take effect right away: the person is signed out so their access refreshes the next time they sign in.
Controls that your role cannot use are disabled, usually with a tooltip. If you need more access, ask an owner or admin. See Troubleshooting for view-only messages.
